Judge Hanson
Chad Arthur Hanson earned his Juris Doctor in 2000 from Mississippi College School of Law. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Alabama in 1997. Following law school, Judge Hanson entered private practice for 18 years, where he represented thousands of individuals and businesses throughout the State of Alabama primarily in civil and bankruptcy litigation until his election to the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals in November 2018.
Judge Hanson resides in Trussville and is married to the former Joy Gentry of Midfield. They are proud parents of two daughters, Reagan and Riley.
