You may request certificates in-person and by mail by submitting the Certificate Request Form and appropriate payment to:

You may pay in-person by either cash or check. You may pay by mail only by check. Checks must by made payable to the "Clerk of the Supreme Court of Alabama."
Checks accepted include personal check, business check, and money order. Certificates will not be mailed until payment in full is received and cleared.
